Customer Service Specialist

As a production-focused company, we have multiple facilities and hundreds of expert employees who handcraft and assemble our products here in the US. Requirements:
- Strong background in photography or other photographic industry
- Minimum 1 year Business-to-Business Customer Service experience
- Experience taking inbound phone calls and making outbound phone calls to clients
- Proficient in assisting clients via the phone without relying on a script
- Experience communicating to clients via email
- Proficient in Photoshop and computer skills
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
